School Banking

The P&C runs a school banking programme in which all students from Kindergarten to Year 12 may participate.

Teaching children the all-important skills of money management and saving when they're young can empower them for success in the future.  The programme teaches vital money management skills that will last well beyond school life.

How to Participate

Each Tuesday send in your child's Commonwealth Bank account deposit book to school with however much you wish for them to deposit.  Students should hand their deposit book to Mrs Ridley when she visits the classrooms on Tuesday mornings.

Every Deposit is rewarded with a token

Once your child has 10 tokens they can get a prize, eg a money box, drink bottle, book light, watch, wallet and many more.

To Open an Account

Visit the Commonwealth bank with your child's birth certificate or other identification and open a Youth Saver account.

Supporting your School

The P&C will also receive rewards for every deposit your child makes and for every new account that is opened.  This is a great way to put the money back into the school to purchase equipment for our kids.
